Beware of the store manager mr.moe aka (Shady). Moe has no word and no ethics for what he sells here.. I went to this store looking to buy a specific ebike and by the time im 1day away from paying the ebike mr.shady wants to give me a different ebike.. terrible customer service, i will make it my job to tell people how shady this establishment really is.. good luck running your buisness because you won't be running it for long mr. Moe (shady) stay away from HomeTech in paterson. Trash

Buyers BEWARE! I purchased a supposed open box iPhone 12 from this store with 1 year warranty. Open box should have original parts. A few days later the phone would turn off randomly even if the battery is charged. I went back and forth 3 times for them to check the phone. Phone didn’t have original battery. The store owner didn’t want to fix the issue and try to blame it on water damage. I had to go to TOP LINE Electronics located in Paterson NJ as well. I would highly recommend that store! At TOP LINE electronics they opened the phone and they informed with me viewing the phone open that there is no sign of water damage and that it most likely the battery. The battery was the issue and phone got fixed. I purchased multiple phone accessories as well & even then the store owner decided to be greedy. Bad business & customer service. Very greedy owner & a liar. Don’t spend your hard earned money at that store.

The staff were kind and helpful. They even gave us an extra discount, which made us happy. I recommend them.

Saw listing off Marketplace.. picked up a nice S22 Galaxy in great condition out of box.. Very nice and clean phone! Mo helped me out in selecting a phone and is very honest! I will check out again for my future cell phone needs!

Heyyy , I’ve been coming here for the past four years and i’ve never been disappointed. I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect! There has never been an issue with no one employee! As soon as you walk in the door they help you with any and everything. My favorite Mohanad has been my go to person and has always come through. I’ve been helped throughly by him whenever I needed it. I love this store come asapppp !!
